These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between AutoBeleg and the customer for the use of the AutoBeleg platform.
§ 2 Leistungsbeschreibung
AutoBeleg provides a platform for automatic processing of documents and invoices using AI-powered text recognition.
§ 3 Contract Formation
The contract is concluded through registration of the customer on the platform and confirmation by AutoBeleg.
§ 4 Preise und Zahlung
Current prices are available on the website. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.
§ 5 Schlussbestimmungen
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered office of AutoBeleg.
